Burglary suspect arrested

On Wednesday 09th July 2025 Thamesmead East SNT was on mobile patrol when we stopped 2 individuals in a drug hotspot, detaining them under S.23 Misuse of Drugs Act - a search was completed on both MALES 

Class B, Angle grinder and keys were seized, the Keys belong to a vehicle located a few roads away that was stolen by means of Burglary. One MALE was issued with a fine for the possession of Class B and the other MALE was arrested by the team for: Theft of Motor vehicle, going equipped and suspicion of burglary.
